If you have access to a Windows version of Word and EndNote then you will be able to use a feature to Convert Word Citations to EndNote.
The Mac version of EndNote does not currenlty have that feature.
You can contact Technical Support for help with this if you do not have access to a Windows version of Word and EndNote.
