Transferring endnote x9 library to new computer

Hi,

I’m changing to a new computer and want to transfer all my endnote X9 pdfs over. I’m aware I can just click the sync button and they should all download, but i want to keep all my highlights and comments on the pdfs on this computer. - will it do this automatically or is there another method I should use?

The sync feature will allow for all the references and pdf files to move to the new library that you start on the other machine.

The annotations on the pdf files will be available to you on both machines.
