I have an issue with my Word EndNote. When I want to add a reference to the text I look exactly for a word like “Iron” and in my list, I have a bunch of article less the one I am citing. How is it possible that over references are added to my endnote library, where are the articles I classed in my library ?

In word, if you “find citations” it will find anything with the characters “iron” in them, including the authors, abstract, etc. Including the words “environment” and the author name “Sironi” (two examples from my own library). Is this what you are seeing?
To find specific records, you should go to the library itself and search with the field specific search tool.
