Word count without Endnote references

Hi,

I really need to count the number of words in my Word document (Microsoft Office 2007) WITHOUT the endnote in-text citations.

Is there any way to do this??

Thank you

I guess what I would do, is to create a format which doesn’t insert any citations, select the manuscript without the bibliography and do a word count.

Thank you.

That is a good idea. But I was hoping there was an easier way, so I can do it quick and easy…

Choose the reference style Chicago and in-text references will be invisible to word count.

Don’t worry, in-text references are not lost.
