Wrong in-text citation

Hi,

I have prepared a long dissertation Word document and cite it using the Word citing system. I am using Office 365 and EndNote X9.3.1. I have exported the Resources from the Word to EndNote and there I have added other resources.

In Word, I have updated the in-text citations to use the EndNote reference list (Endnote>Convert Citations and Bibliography>Convert Word Citation to EndNote).

Almost all the in-text citations are shown wrong while editing the citation or the field code is correct.

I have seen the post with the title “incorrect in-text citation” but found no solution.

Thanks and I am looking forward to the kind solutions.

Regards
