Dear Customer Service,
My MS word office has jus been updated to a newer version and then at same time my Endnote reference manager add-in disappear from the newly installed MS office update. Whenever I opened the MS word, it does shows me the followning message.
Word was unable to load an add-in.
Your add-in isn’t compatible with this version of Word.
Please contact the add-in provider for an update.

It’s in view of this that I wrote this message to request for your urgent intervention. I am currenly writing my thesis and it went off. I really need help. My e-mail: babasraki@yahoo.co.uk.
