hi,

When I have multiple intext citations in a row, the hyperlink to the reference list of the first one often does not work. I inserted them using the "insert selected citations" in Word. When I hoover over them, the name of the other references show, but the first one doesn't.  It does not make a difference whether I insert them all at the same time, of one at the time. I am using Word for Microsoft 365 and Endnote X8. 

Is there a way to solve this?

are you saving to a cloud folder?  (onedrive for example) I find that word does weird things with hyperlinks in cloud documents.

That could be it, it would not help with the issue, but at least it would explain why it's doing it. Thank you
