The term lists are not shared using the Shared Library feature.
You can use the following steps from our website to share term lists.
You may want to have them empty their current list before importing yours.
To empty the list:
Highlight the first journal, and press [Ctrl]+A on the keyboard to highlight all the terms (on a Macintosh, this would be [Command]+A).
Next, press the “Delete Term” button to the right to empty the list of terms.
