I agree. Plus, please remove the extra space in the References view. I went back to Endnote 9 because I prefer endnote 9. However, I lost functionality with Word and rather than try to figure out how to get the functionallity back, I reloaded 20. It’s an UGLY interface! And there doesn’t seem to be a way of changing that.
