So far, the only idea I like about Endnote20, is the disappearance of the complicated external database search options. The missing toolbar is the worst “downgrade”.

Endnote20 has destroyed by the Prospectus document. Trying to figure out how to go back to 9. Hours, upon hours, or trying to fix the formatting.
