If a users chooses to Show Empty Fields, then scrolls down, they have to then scroll all the way back up to Hide Empty Fields. It would be handy if the Options (Show Empty Fields) was always visible as you scrolled down.

excellent suggestion! I vote for this too.
me too! surprised this isn’t an option. I would like to customize WHICH empty fields show up since I don’t need all of them. Or even sort them so that the ones I actually fill are nearer the top of hte reference window.
