We are in the process of the compiling a BioScience specific set of styles (currently ~240 styles) to replace the default “generic” 100 styles. These will be installed on users machines, replacing the “100” installed as default. The current installation options are too few, and the customization options result in way too many.
Perhaps we can ask Tompson if they would be willing to provide a download site- a set for each discipline: Biosciences, Humanities, Physical Sciences, etc. maybe even more specific including: English, History, Medicine, etc?
I suspect that Thomson could make a suitable choosing the top 10 journals by “citation index” in various bioscience disciplines (and a separate one for physical sciences?) would get the right mix?
