How is endnote 20 an improvement exactly? My product suggestion is to get some new user exeprience people. Try employing some social scientists, not visual artists. We need visual functionality, not aesthetics. Now I have to work across two versions of endnote as my M1 Mac isn’t compatible with EN9 and I HATE EN 20. Excess white space. Loss of functionality for the sake of how the page looks. This is a UX trend and it is a BAD trend. Gahhhh !!!
