Hi,
I use word2017 and endnoteX8 on Mac.
I modified the standard Vancouver style so it displays brackets instead of parentheses and cited pages when available using the following formula:
[Bibliography Number|;*p.^pp.*Cited Pages|]
*represents a link adjacent symbol
However, this makes consecutive citations not displaying as ranges anymore despite the option being ticked.
My first citation goes as followed: [1; p.833] which is fine
My second block of citations goes like this: [2, 3, 4, 5] while it should be displaying: [2-5]
The formula seems quite right. Any idea of how to work this out? Is it a glitch?
