All references - why double-spaced?

Up through X9, the list of all references were singlespace. This made it easier to search and read, as I have thousands of citations/references. Suddenly, X20 is only double-spaced. No reason for that. Could you please create a singl space option.

yes, i agree why can't this change using the user preferences 'display fonts' or other dialogue - this broad spacing eats up valuable screen space

yes this is frustrating and should be something that can be changed in the preferences 'display fonts' dialogue or something similar. it eats up valuable page space
