Encyclopedia template is missing....and I can't seem to get it right on my own

My field is the humanities and I usually use Chicago style as a basis and add a few templates of my own. I can’t seem to get the encyclopedia template correct, and most styles don’t seem to include it so I haven’t found something I can cut and paste. 

Mine looks like this:

Author, “Title,” Encyclopedia Title|, Edition ed.|, (|City: Publisher, Year|)|, vol. Volume|, Pages|, Cited Pages|.

but the volume never shows up. I get this:

Arazi, Albert, and Haggai Ben-Shammai. Risala. In Encyclopedia of Islam, 532-539. Leiden: Brill, 1995.

I would have liked “5” or “vol. 5” to show up there. 

Can someone find my mistake?

Please attach your style (and ensure the style you think you are using is the one selected in the manuscript).  Also make sure the record has the correct reference type selected, to ensure the correct reference type template in the style is being used.
