In-text format menu doesn't work Endnote X8 - Word Mac 16.15

Hi, the in-text format menu in Word is not working, as it doesn’t even show up when I go to the Edit/Manage citations tab. Any idea how to fix this? 

This is really odd, because I’m using the the same Word (Mac 2016) and Endnote X8 on my other computer, and there it appears as always.

Looks like you are using Endnote online rather than the Desktop?  – that setting is swapped in the preferences option, last tab.
