Name of the reference style

Can anyone tell me the name of the following reference style:

 

In text: [BAL 05] 

 

Bibliography: [BAL 05] BALANIS C., Antenna Theory: Analysis and Design, Wiley, 2005.

I often think of this as a "German" required style, so I searched the forum for that.  This is not something that Endnote can automate and there are some threads about creating a label and some output templates.
