Right bracket on inserted citation is incorrect

Hi 

I am hoping someone can help me here as EndNote seems to have decided to format in whichever manner it decides, completely wasting my time!  When I insert a citation the rgiht bracket drops to the next line and I have no idea why!  For example if I want (Murphy, 2017) it shows as (Murphy, 2017

)

The Bibiliograpy is doing the same thing.  Please help!
