As a BMJ journal, I usually check if another journal from the “stable” works. It seems that there were e two in the list. I looked at them and neither are superscripted (which a quick look at JITC is) so I picked British Journal of Ophthalmology and superscripted it. Otherwise it looks close? It is in the attached zipped folder. (sorry folder now attached)
