Once you have logged onto PubMed and have found some records you wish to retrieve, click on the “Send to” button, choose File, select Medline as the format and click on “create file.”
This will result in a file called PubMed_Results.txt to be downloaded to your computer. This file can be imported into an EndNote library using the PubMed (NLM) import filter.
