Hi, I noticed no one has replied to you yet! Do you mean searching other databases besides PubMed, or importing database records that have a link in them? If you mean searching, you need to find the name of databases that index your IT journals. If the journal is online, you may be able to connect to it directly. See RefMan’s Getting Started Guide & the section on “Searching an Online Database”: http://refman.com/support/rmsupport.asp Recently a lot of journal websites have an option to download the search results into RefMan, and often they include the link.
