pubmed search function not working

I work with Ref MAn 12 and am suddenly unable to get results from internet searches of PubMed - I just get the message “no documents retrieved for the specified search” even when i know it should have found some. I’ve not changed anything at all regarding my antivirus or internet settings so am at a loss…

If PubMed is up and you have continued to have issues, this may be due to Proxy settings. Please see this article for more information:
