Hello Jkanters,
My best guess is that you have two monitors.
Reference Manager has an issue with the Term Browser Popup when it’s being used on the Secondary monitor.
Assuming that this is the problem, try moving the Reference Manager window to your other monitor, and see if this fixes the problem.
