Term Manager Grey Buttons

I would like to use term manager to consolidate a lot of keywords and synonyms but the only button available for me to use is quick search.

Did I miss a setting?

I’m using version 11.0.0 on a server.

Thank for the help anyone.

To access the full range of commands associated with the Term Manager, you’d need to open your database with Read-Write Exclusive access rights.  To do so, start by closing your database.  Once your database has been closed, in Reference Manager, click “File>Open Database…”.  In the bottom left hand corner of the Open Database window, set the “Access rights” drop down to “Read-Write Exclusive” and double click on the desired database file.  After the database is open again, you should be able to make changes to the list entries within the Term Manager.  Please let me know if this helps.

I have been using Reference Manager fro 12-13 years.

I have extraneous keywords that are no longer keyed to a reference.

Any way to rapidly find and delete keywords that are not associated with any reference?

I have version 10
