Sorry for the delayed response.
I would suggest you check the font being used in Reference Manager.
If you go to Tools then Options.
You will see Display Information which has a Font option and it could that that is set to a bold font.
The other setting that controls what you see is down below you will see the option Reference Display which is set to a certain output style. You could try switching styles to see if you get a different output.
