I have gotten a ResearcherId and added my publications yesterday.
I tried searching my Id right away, and also today but get:
Your search (shown below) found no records.
When will my Id become searchable?
(Did I miss this in the FAQ?)

There is a short lag time from entering your articles in ResearcherID before your ResearcherID number gets linked to the online Web of Science record. The data is first pulled from ResearcherID then linked back to Web of Science, which is updated weekly (usually on Thursday). Thus it may take a week or so before the ResearcherID number becomes searchable in Web of Science. For more detail on this update process in Web of Science and Distinct Author sets, please see our Knowledgebase article 117785 – go to http://science.thomsonreuters.com/support/ and enter the article number in the search box.

To register for ResearcherID you need to go to www.researcherid.com and fill out and submit form. You will recieve an author number that resembles - A-1234-2012. This will be your ResearcherID profile number. When you add Web of Science records to your profile the record will be tagged with your author number.
Your Scopus researcher ID has no connection with Thomson Reuters ResearcherID.
May I ask where that number came from? Was it supplied by Scopus, or from a third party?
