I have a paper that has been cited 52 times with the incorrect year (but with the correct article number, volume etc) and 45 times with the correct year; hence the citation count does not show up correctly in my Researcher ID. Is there any way to fix problems such as these?

Times cited data must be corrected in the Web of Science database before those metrics will appear properly in your ResearcherID profile. To do so please see the form at:
When filling out the form please pay special attention to the IDS number that is visible near the lower left of every Web of Science full record, and provide a full description of the changes to be made.
Please note that data changes typically require 4-6 weeks for full processing.
Hope this helps. If you have any further questions or concerns please submit the support form at: http://science.thomsonreuters.com/support/
