I'm wondering how we could administer the ResearcerID-profiles that have the "Awaiting Response" -status. We have tried to motivate our researchers to register with ResearcherID, but some of them have missed (and deleted) the Registration e-mail. Is there any way to resend the message or otherways help them to register with ResearcherID? If I have several researchers that I need to send the profile registration e-mail again, do I first have to request deleting the "old" ResearcherID profile?
I hope to hear from you soon!

I am afraid you will not be able to resend the message once the request has been sent. However, the request will still be displayed within the Researcher's ResearcheID profile.
They will see “Pending Requests for Proxy Access” appearing as a hyperlink when the researcher logs into their ResearcherID account. They will need to click on this link to accept the proxy request.
If they do not see this link, it can be found within the ResearcherID profile. The researcher will need to firstly select the "Manage Profile" button. They will see "Manage Proxy Institution" under the "Options" tab. The Researcher will then be able to accept the request under this section.

Thank you for your answer.
Our problem is that the researchers don't know their password or temporary password. We are creating new ResearcherID-profiles and in this exercise there are still over 200 left to confirm (Awaiting Response). Since I can not create a new profile for the researcher that has his/her e-mail address already registered with the ResearcherID, is the only solution to ask you first to delete the profile with the "Awaiting Response" -status and then create a new one with the researcher's e-mail address?

And just to clarify: In my knowledge, these researchers can not access their profile (they have lost the registration link and temporary password) to make the adjustments you are suggesting.

We are more than happy to assist those users that have ResearcherID access issues. Please inform your Researchers the login page for Researcherid is www.researcherid.com
Their username will be their registered email address or their ResearcherID number.
If they have forgotten their password they can use our "Forgot Password" feature that is available within our ResearcherID login page.
If they do not know their username the Researcher can contact us directly using the webform below:
We can then send out their credential information to them.
Each ResearcherID account is managed by the Researcher, the researcher itself will need place a request for their ResearcherID to be deleted. We cannot delete a ResearcherID account without the owners authority.
It will be best for those Researchers who are experiencing ResearcheirID access issues to contact us directly. We can then assist them further. Once they have access we can then inform the Researchers where they need to navigate to for Proxy Access request acceptance.
For any additional concerns please submit a technical support ticket to us so that we can investigate your issue further. You can send your contact information and description of your issue by opening a technical support eticket here: http://ip-science.thomsonreuters.com/support

Thank you for the answer.
We are trying to do as much as we can to help researchers in the registration progress. I tried now sending the registration form directly to the researchers e-mail address, just as he would be registering first time himself.
