Endnote library not syncing

Hello, my endnote library does not seem to be syncing for some reason. I am not getting an error but when I click the Sync now button after adding a new reference, this comes up

What version of Endnote and when did you last login to the endnote website from a browser? I think the sync function expires. My version of Endnote X9 stopped syncing.
