Problem: Crash - Endnote displays a white screen - All commands are unresponsive.
EndNote Context: Endnote X8 v.8.0.1 Build 10444
Find Full Text is successful for about 5 minutes or approximately 10-15 references found and then Endnote crashes
Attempts to resolve: I’ve varied the number of references selected as a batch to search for full text from 1 - 10. Regardless of batch number, Endnote crashes.
Computing environment:
Windows 10 Enterprise, 64 bit
Intel i5-6500 8GB RAM
