Deduplication feature in EndNote Web

Customer says the deduplication feature is not that effective in ENW.

In Refworks there are two deduplication features: an exact and a close deduplication.

Checked the Refworks PDF in google

    1. exact duplicates, where the authors, the title and the publication year have to be the same;
    1. close duplicates, where authors, title and publication year are compared but don’t have to be exactly the same.

Customer enquiring if it possible to add this functionality to Endnote Web.
