Apologies if this has been covered. I did search, but no luck.
I have a library in which the DOI field contains “http:/dx.doi.org/” before each doi. The style I’m using doesn’t use the urls for DOIs, so I’d like to just delete that text from the beginning of every DOI.
Endnote Version? In X9 you can search and replace text in a specific field. If you don’t put anything in the “replace” field it will delete the “find” text. It is under Edit>Find and Replace – Not sure about Endnote20 or 21. I recommend making a backup of the library first, as the process is not reversible.
