EndNote 21: setting up Bibliography with lowercase letters after the year

Greetings!

How do I set up the following journal editor requirements in an output style?

Thank you.

The References section must be in alphabetical order by the first author and then chronological; where there are two or more papers by the same author(s) in the same year, add lowercase letters after the year, e.g., Jones, 1989a; Jones, 1989b.

for the letter –

for the sort order (and citations sort is usually same as bibliography) Warning, this will often end up as “b” coming before “a” in citations in a paper – but that is “OKAY” it just seems odd to us…you will need to determine if it is third tier as Title or other authors, etc…

There are other settings you will need to determine, but these are two you asked for…

It is clear on how to append letters to years in Citations.

However the original requirement was to have letters appended to year in Bibliography (at least how I understood it).
Is this possible to do this?

Thank you.

It should be doing it in both places.
