You can also use “KeyGetter” in ordeer to retrieve your lost key

Same problem for me, old hard drive was wiped by an OS reinstall, I still have the installer file for my copy of endnote 7.5 but can’t find the product key. I see in my account that it lists my old copy but says it expired “31 December 2018”. I would actually like to purchase upgrade to the newest version of endnote, through my new institution, but it says the upgrade will only work if I have the license key for the old software, which I don’t. Can you help me find it?
Same problem in my case. When I log in to my EndNote account I see my copy of 7.5 listed as “expired” but I don’t see a way to get the license key. I actually want to buy an upgrade to the latest verison, but when I click the “upgrade” link and go to my institution’s software page it says I can only buy the upgrade if I have the license key for the old version, which was lost when my hard drive was wiped. Any suggestions?
