EndNote 7.7 and MacOS Sierra

Hello,

I am currently facing a problem with MacOS Sierra and CWYW of Endnote X7.7.1 in mac Word 2011 version 14.7.7

Every time i am trying to insert a citation it reports a problem and the word is closing.

Could anyone help?

Do I need to pay anything when upgrading to Endnote 8x because I already have the same problem with macOS Sierra?
