You should consider two other meetings to showcase your products.
Society of Toxicology annual meeing usually draws 7500 participants. You would be among lots of vendors, mostly machines (laboratory equipment), but several publishers are there too.
Also consider the Joint Statistical Meetings. These are combined meetings of the American Statistical Association (ASA), Eastern North American Region (ENAR) of the International Biometric Society (IBS), Western North American Region (WNAR) of IBS, Institute of Mathematical Statistics (IMS), and the Statistical Society of Canada. Attendance for these meetings is around 6,000 participants. Most vendors are like yours: intellectual software for literature searching, data analysis, mathematics and presentations (in person, online, and publishing).
