EndNote Tab gone missing from MS Word

Using EndNote 21.0.1, MS Word 2019 on Windows 10 Pro

It was working fine. All of a sudden EndNote Tab has gone missing from my MS Word.
Went to File->Options->Add-in in MS Word but did not find any add-in of EndNote. Can any one guide please?

I had to delve into C:\Program Files (x86)\EndNote 21 and run Configure EndNote.exe which re-installs the MS Word CWYW

My question is why didn’t it work when I installed Endnote 21 the first time???
