For Some Publishers like ACS.
Customer could use download ACS papers via EndNote Find Full Text functin if he is in ACS authorized IP address.
However, sometimes end user may use this function to download massive number of papers which is not wished by Library Agent.
So , i suggest if we are able to set a limitation for Find Full Text.
And Libaray Agent could control the limitaion for their Site License EndNote.
