I have about 80 more references in my endnoteweb library than my endnote desktop (X6, windows 7), even after syncing multiple times. There are also sme groups that have the incorrect references within them after syncing (5 on desktop, 20 on web). The desktop library is the one that I trust. Any ideas how to force the desktop references to the web?
First, empty the Trash for EndNote X6 and EndNote online through the browser. Once that is done, Sync again. If the problem persists, close your library and create a new EndNote X6 library. Be sure the library is saved to your computer and not in any cloud storage location like Dropbox. When the new library is open, click Sync.
