I would like to be able to have the option to set all in-text citations to a particular font color, namely gray. My students’ papers are chock full of citations, as they should be, but it’s hard to read the text with so many citations in the way. I only occasionally need to look at the citations. This feature seems pretty straightforward to add, and I can guarantee you there is huge demand for it.
