I would reach out to support at Clarivate or your local IT department if you have one. There may be a fire wall preventing you from reaching the Clarivate servers. Alternatively did you have a trial version of endnote, and it “expired” or you have passed your subscription limit of 2 years since you purchased this product and not upgraded to a new version since then?
