I need CSE 7th ed Style for RM

Hi all,

I tried hard to get the style of CSE Manual for Author , 7th ed. for the Canaaian Journal of Psychiatry but I failed. any one can help? I think it is avilable in EndNote. is there any way to convert it to Ref. Manager Style?. Thaks in advance.
