Hi there,
Espacenet from the European Patent Office is one of the best patent search engines out there. You can search through databases of dozens of patent offices at the same time. You can download patents from them, and they even have an “export” function for bibliographic information, which downloads search results in either CVS or XLS format. If I open up the exported data in excel, I can see that everything is laid out nicely in columns. However, there doesn’t seem to be a way to import this into endnote outside of manually cutting and pasting each cell. There doesn’t seem to be any import filter, but I imagine it would be relatively easy to create one.
Is there a way to do this that I’m overlooking?
