I work in a large research department and we often make use of shared Endnote libraries. My suggestion is to have an option to have an auxiliary owner of a shared library with the same admin rights as the owner - e.g. be able to invite people to the library, and check the status of invitations. It really slows us down having to wait for the owner of the library to action anything, due to working patterns, holiday, sickness absence etc. It would be most beneficial to have a “back up” owner just in case the original owner is unable to make any changes for whatever reason.
