In my company we have a 20 user license, and we wish to work on a single shared library. At the moment, there is this limitation of 15 users per shared library, so 5 people will be left out and would need to use a read-only copy of the library or some other compromise.
Does anyone comprehend why EndNote has this 15-user limitation?I can understand it is for some blackbox technical reasons, but shouldn’t this limit be increased as servers are upgraded and storage becomes cheaper?
I did not think our use case was “large” by any means, how do companies with 16+ researchers collaborate on a reference database?
