You should really share a compressed library and have them copy it locally to their machine and open it. Openning these on the share folder can lead to corrupt libraries. You compress it from the Endnote File > compress menu and can compress with or without attachments, or export some or all records (via groups or selections). (it creates a file with the .enlx extension.
