Show at least 2 authors for a reference in "Find and Insert my References" Dialog box in MS Word

Hi

I am using MS Word v2010 and Endnote v7.4

The dialog box for Find and Insert my References" Dialog box in MS Word lists only one author per article/book /book section etc

This can be confusing when looking for a particular reference with more than one author

It could be easily remedied by showing at least two authors in the author column for each reference in the dialog box

I am not exactly sure which dialog box you are viewing, but if your preferences are set, in Display Fields, to show all authors, you might view a more informative listing of all the authors?  The setting is shown in the attached jpeg
