Training on and differences between "Notes" and "Research Notes" fields

Please describe the differences between the “Notes” and “Research Notes” fields and refer me to any training you provide on this topic. I’m running X7 on a Mac.

Notes are sometimes used by EndNote to put different data from imports from different databases. Research notes are newer used by EndNote. Because of this, we advice oour users to use Research notes in stead of notes for personal comments and other puposes.

Otherwise, you are free to use these fields as you want.
