Uploading references to Endnote Web - how to select?

I have about 13,000 references in my library, most with PDFs. I’m just now trying to figure out how to put them in EndnoteWeb so that I can see them from each of my computers, so:

  1. is there any way to get more space beyong the 5 Gb limit I read about - a paid account or whatever?

  2. when I tried to upload, it said there’s a 10,000 limit for each upload operation and to select fewer references. I selected only some, and tried again, but it gave the same option - it looks like it’s not actually paying attention to which references are selected, only which ones are “showing”.  What’s the right way to upload my 13,000 references in 2 batches?
